What TikTok's own controls do

TikTok lets you refresh the For You feed, which clears what the ranking has learned and starts it again from nothing — a reset, not a removal, and it fills straight back up. You can also swipe to the Following feed, which is a per-session choice rather than a setting the app keeps. There is no control that takes For You off TikTok, because For You is TikTok.
