Reelmute has no account. You never give us a name, an email address or a password to use it.

Your social networks stay yours

You sign in to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit and X on their own pages, inside the app. Those sessions live on your iPhone. We never see your passwords, your feed, your messages or who you follow, and none of it is sent to us.

What we do collect

• Anonymous usage. Which screens are opened, which removals are switched on, whether a purchase went through. It is tied to a random identifier for the install, not to you — no name, no email address, no advertising identifier. It is processed on servers in the EU.
• Purchases. Handled by the app store you bought from, so the app knows what you have paid for. The store does not give us your payment details.
• Support messages. Only what you write to us. An email address is optional; if you leave one we use it to reply.

Your designated adult

If you appoint someone to hand you extra screen time, requests and answers cross our relay sealed shut. We hold no key to them and never learn either name. To deliver a notification we store your device's push token, and any undelivered message for up to fourteen days.

Screen Time

Which apps you lock is chosen through Apple's own picker and stays on your device. Apple does not show us the list, and we do not ask for it.

Children

Reelmute is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold, ask us to delete it, or ask us anything else about this page: support@reelmute.app. Deleting the app removes everything held on the device with it.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
